After nine amazing years Cowsea is closed. The next months we will renovate the location, and open Pincho Nation in the late fall.
Robata Asian Fusion
If you want to try a restaurant serving sushi and hot dishes, we strongly reccommend our sister restaurant Robata Asian Fusion. Exiting asian hot dishes from the char coal grill, authentic street food, and some of Trondheims best sushi. 4.5 stars in google, and many happy guests.
Pincho Nation
Pincho Nation is a restaurant concept based on an original Swedish idea from Gothenburg. Since 2012, we have steadily expanded to over 80 restaurants in the Nordic region. We offer a diverse selection of small dishes and colorful drinks. Bringing friends and family to Pinchos should be a delight for all the senses.
We are thrilled to announce that this fall, we will finally be rolling out the red carpet for Pincho Nation in Trondheim. We found the perfect location right by the water in the Adressahuset, and we couldn't be more pleased. Here, we will be serving small tapas dishes inspired by food and flavors from around the world. Our bartenders will mix colorful drinks while you relax and enjoy our unique atmosphere. Come for a cozy date, after-work drinks with your colleagues, or a night out with friends.
